Press release -
More proximity to customers for the north
Lüneburg, 22.03.2021: Data Design System (DDS) has opened a new branch office in Lüneburg, Lower Saxony. The branch office in the Hanseatic city is the first one in northern Germany and will serve from now on as a sales, consulting, and training location. The company, which develops the building technology planning software DDS-CAD, is thus expanding its services for customers and interested parties in this part of the Federal Republic of Germany.
"From Lüneburg, the whole of Lower Saxony as well as Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania are easily accessible. This means we are closer to our customers and more visible in the region. Thanks to the location close to the train station, it is also very easy to visit us - for example, for a DDS-CAD training course," explains Bernd Kirmes, local DDS contact person.
For this purpose, the new branch office at Stresemannstrasse 1 has its own training area. As soon as face-to-face events are possible again, the company will conduct DDS-CAD training courses there in electrical engineering as well as sanitary and heating engineering. The first test training sessions with a reduced number of participants were already held last year. In addition, the trainers based in Lüneburg will also train customers individually on site at their premises. This will increase both - the range of seminars on offer and flexibility for customers in northern Germany.
Due to the current pandemic situation, Data Design System has decided not to hold an opening ceremony. The branch office is the seventh location of the software house in Europe.
