The working standard Building Information Modeling (BIM) has not yet made the transition into the operations phase. As a pioneer of the collaborative lifecycle BIM idea, the Nemetschek Group, and its brand Spacewell, are now taking an essential step to bridge the gap with facilities management by embedding BIM into Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) software.
Viktor Várkonyi, Executive Board Member and Chief Division Officer Planning & Design Division of the Nemetschek Group, has been awarded “Executive of the Year 2019” in his home country Hungary. The prestigious award is being handed out annually by the Hungarian Association of Executives, the largest organization for local chief executives.

The Supervisory Board of Nemetschek SE today unanimously appointed Dr. Axel Kaufmann as Spokesman of the Executive Board and CFOO of Nemetschek SE. He will take up his position on January 1, 2020. In addition to these functions, he will be responsible for the growth-intensive Media & Entertainment (M&E) division.
